SHIPPING 
- Delivery
Domestic Orders
We offer two convenient and simple delivery options, 69 ZAR  for economy* delivery and 99 ZAR for overnight* delivery . Once payment has been completed, we will process your order. We require a physical address and contact number for shipping. Orders that is places before 13:00 will be couriered the Next Day.  Free delivery for orders over 500 ZAR. 
Overnight deliveries take 1-2 business days & Economy take 2-4 business days. 
- Handcrafted 
Our wooden and leather products are made from natural materials, therefore individual variation can be expected. You are welcome to contact us with any queries regarding our products.
- Lead Time
All our products are handmade, so for bigger orders please allow 8 working days for orders of more than six products to allow for processing and manufacturing as well as an additional 2-3 days for shipping.
- Warranty
 We offer a 12 month warranty (from date of purchase, with proof required) within certain conditions and exclusions.  If the item, under conditions of normal use, proves to be defective, we will investigate the issue and gladly repair the item if possible or replace it free of charge with an equal or similar item. 
The warranty excludes any damage as a result of accidents, including water spills or damage, alteration, repair by any party other than Major John transfer of leather dye or misuse.
If you bought one of our products and found any defect in the materials or workmanship, kindly contact us as soon as possible to resolve.  Please email us at info@majorjohn.com with all the information and photos of the product. Repairs can then be sent to us.  **Courier cost for your own account. Once inspected and repaired, we will ship it back to you free of charge.

The unique differences in the colour and texture of leather is what makes the product só unique. The leather may darken and soften over time, due to normal use and exposure to the elements. 
- Returns:
If you bought one of our products and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@majorjohn.com with the reason, photos of the product and proof of purchase - within 14 days of receiving the product. 
In the event of an exchange/return, we have to be notified of the parcel's shipping/delivery details within the same 14 days. The item needs to be in the original unused condition and in original undamaged packaging. ** Courier costs involved will be for your own account.
When we receive the item back, it will be inspected and we will use our own discretion to determine if above stated conditions are met.
Kindly note that non-faulty returns will be charged a 10% handling fee. You will have an option for either store credit or a cash refund. 
Return/exchange requests past 14 days will not be considered.
